1st Floor
Above is the floor plan for the 1st floor of the Chosun Hotel. Located here is the Grand Ballroom, where larger sessions of the Asan Plenum will be held. Also on the 1st floor will be the registration desk, the information desk, as well as a business center. The press room will be located in the back side of the Grand Ballroom.
2nd Floor
Above is the floor plan for the 2nd floor of the Chosun Hotel. Three rooms on the 2nd floor will hold the break-out sessions of the Asan Plenum. The Lilac Room and Tulip Room will be joined to form the first room, and the Violet Room and Cosmos Room will be joined to form the second. The third room will be the Orchid Room.
