On May 23rd, 2016, the Asan Institute for Policy Studies hosted a delegation from the Royal College of Defence Studies (RCDS). Dr. Hahm Chaibong, President of the Asan Institute for Policy Studies, gave a lecture on “Keeping Northeast Asia Abnormal” followed by a Q&A session.
