On May 31, 2018, the Asan Institute for Policy Studies hosted a closed roundtable with Dr. Ramon Pacheco Pardo, the inaugural KF-VUP Korea Chair at the Institute for European Studies, Free University of Brussels(Vrije Universiteit Brussel). After delivering a short presentation titled, “North Korea’s Spring: Roles of Europe,” Dr. Pardo and participants discussed the role of Europe for helping the denuclearization process on the Korean peninsula.  They also analyzed North Korean risks while the talks between North Korea and the United States are still on-going.
