On March 5, 2019, Dr. Hahm Chaibong, president of the Asan Institute for Policy Studies delivered a lecture to Hiram College students. With the title, “Keeping Northeast Asia Abnormal”, Dr. Hahm began with a historical overview of Northeast Asian geopolitics and focused on the past and current international affairs. The lecture was followed by a Q&A session.
