On September 4, 2019, the Asan Institute for Policy Studies hosted a closed roundtable with Dr. Nicoas Regaud, a special representative to the Indo-Pacific in the directorate general for international relations and strategy at the French Ministry for the Armed Forces. The participants discussed France’s defense strategy in the Indo-Pacific, New Southern Policy of ROK, and current situation on the Korean peninsula.
