아산정책연구원은 2010년 9월 30일(목) 오후 1시부터 5시까지 (현지시간) 미국 CSIS (Center for Strategic & International Studies: 국제전략문제연구소)에서 “US-ROK Alliance and KORUS FTA”와 “Post-Cheonan: North Korea and China”를 주제로 고위정책세미나를 개최하였습니다.
첫 번째 세션은 “US-ROK Alliance and KORUS FTA”를 주제로 함재봉 아산정책연구원장의 사회로 진행되었습니다. 지정 발제자로는 김성한 교수 (고려대학교)와 Mike Green 석좌 (CSIS Japan)가 참여하였고, 지정 토론자로 우정엽 연구위원 (아산정책연구원)과 John Park 연구원 (Senior Research Associate, USIP: United Stated Institute of Peace)이 참여하였습니다.
두 번째 세션은 “Post-Cheonan: North Korea and China”를 주제로 하며, Victor Cha 석좌 (CSIS Korea Chair)의 사회로 진행되었습니다. 지정 발제자로는 정재호 교수 (서울대학교)와 Thomas Christensen 교수 (Princeton University)가 발표하고, 지정 토론자로 백우열 연구위원 (아산정책연구원)과 Kenneth Lieberthal 소장 (Director and Senior Fellow, Brookings)이 참여하였습니다.
